About Our Product

No, our SafeStyle®️ Safety Glasses are not flash-safe and should not be used for protection when welding. We strongly recommend using correct UV/IR radiation blocking goggles or face shields while welding.

No, the side shields are fixed to ensure maximum protection and certification compliance. Removal of the side shields voids our safety certification and also reduces the level of safety our eyewear provide.

No, all SafeStyle®️ safety glasses are free from any metal components and/or any conductive parts!

We know all about the harsh West Australian sun - all SafeStyle®️ lenses offer UV400 protection, blocking 99.95% of harmful UVA/UVB rays. With the added protection of our side shields offering UV380 protection blocking 99.95% of UVA/UVB rays.

You will know if the product is certified by locating the five tick SAI Global StandardsMark logo found on packaging or certification markings located on the actual product. Our SafeStyle®️ Safety Glasses have the marking on the arms of our pairs!

While Australian Standards do not specify a set replacement schedule for protective eyewear, it’s important to replace your SafeStyle®️ safety glasses when necessary. This could be due to normal wear and tear or if they’ve effectively protected your eyes from a significant impact. We recommend replacing them once they show signs of damage, such as large scratches, cracks, or any decrease in clarity, to ensure continued optimal protection.

When replacing your safeties, please consider recycling them through the SafeStyle®️ Recycling Program as they are not curb-side recyclable

We cover all bases! Yes, all SafeStyle®️ safety glasses are tested and certified to AS/NZS 1337.1 standards for medium impact protection. All SafeStyle®️ safety glasses are also certified with SAI Global and have the 5 tick Australian StandardsMark™️.

All SafeStyle®️ lenses are UV400 and come in a range of lens types including; Clear, Blue Light Blocking, Yellow, Tinted, Hybrids Photochromic, Polarised, Brown Polarised, Mirrors (polarised) and Reflectors (tinted).

SafeStyle®️ lenses are available with the following coatings:
-Anti-Scratch Coating: Scratch Resistance, Improved Visibility and Ease of Maintenance
-Oleophobic Coating (Standard on all SafeStyle Polarised lenses): Oil Repellent, Enhanced Clarity and Easy Cleaning.

Caring For Your SafeStyles

To ensure longevity and performance, clean all SafeStyle® Safety Glasses using the SafeStyle® Cleaning Spray and the provided microfibre cloth. Avoid chemical or alcohol-based products.

For models without built-in anti-fog coating  Rapids, Lites & Blockers)  the SafeStyle® Anti-Fog Spray can be applied to the inside of the lenses as needed.

When not in use, store glasses in the provided microfibre pouch or a hard case, and avoid prolonged exposure to UV and extreme heat.

No - avoid using chemical or alcohol-based products, as they may damage the lens coatings and frame. This includes solvent based chemicals too!

We recommend using the SafeStyle® Cleaning Spray, specifically developed for use on SafeStyle®️ eyewear, along with the provided microfibre cloth to maintain lens clarity and frame integrity.

1. Remove dust or debris from the lenses. For best results, use the SafeStyle® Lens Cleaner and the provided microfibre cloth. Alternatively, a quick rinse under clean water works too. Dry the lenses before applying.

2. Apply a light mist of SafeStyle®️'s Anti-Fog Spray to the inside of the lenses only. Gently wipe dry using a clean microfibre cloth. Avoid applying to the outside of the lens, as it’s unnecessary and may impact clarity or coatings.

3. Reapply as needed depending on usage conditions.

To clean your SafeStyle® Safety Glasses, use the SafeStyle® Cleaning Spray with the provided microfibre cloth. It’s designed specifically for SafeStyle®️ eyewear to gently remove dust, sunscreen, insect repellent, and other residue without damaging the lenses or frame.

Avoid using chemicals and solvent or alcohol-based products, as these can degrade lens coatings over time.

Peeling is typically caused by chemical exposure - most commonly from sunscreen, insect repellent, or harsh cleaning products. While we know these products often go hand-in-hand with outdoor work, they can break down frame coatings over time if not cleaned off properly.

To help prevent peeling, it’s important to clean your glasses regularly using the SafeStyle® Cleaning Spray and the provided microfibre cloth. This removes built-up oils, dust, and residue that may impact the finish and longevity of your frames.

Think of it like looking after your favourite gear — a bit of care goes a long way.

If you've received a mispick or short supply, please contact sales@safestyle.com.au within 30 days of delivery, with the following information:

- Order Number
- PO which items were ordered on

- SKUs ordered
- Packing list

- Incorrectly supplied SKUs

and the sales team will assist accordingly!

Our orders are dispatched from WA. Therefore, once your order is in stock, you can expect to receive it within 5-10 business days, depending on the state you are located in.

For confirmation purposes, we require you to provide an email along with shipping details. If you are not receiving the confirmation emails, it could mean that they are being sent to a different email address.

In case you wish to update the email address, please email us at sales@safestyle.com.au. However, please note that it may take up to 1 business day to process you request. Additionally, please note that only one email address can be registered for receiving confirmation emails.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged stock. Although this is a rare occurrence, SafeStyle®️ is always ready to assist you.

In case you receive any damaged items, please contact us right away at sales@safestyle.com.au with you order number and photo of the damaged items. We will promptly review the issue and provide you with a credit note to apply to the relevant invoice.

SafeStyle's restocking schedule is monthly, but it may vary depending on supply chain constraints. Usually, the stock arrives in the latter half or at the end of the month.

Hence, if you are anticipating the restock dates, please keep in mind that the items may not arrive until the end of the month.

In case any of the item you ordered are on backorder, they will be shipped to you as soon as the stock arrives. You can check the month in which the stock arrives on the "backorder report" which is notified upon your order. The backorders will be dispatched once all the items on backorder are available. Usually, the restocking month falls towards the end of the month. Therefore, if the restock date is July, for instance, please allow until the end of July for the stock to arrive, and you backorder will be sent out. Please note you will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of placing your order. This order confirmation will highlight any SKUs on backorder and their estimated restock date.

After sending you order to sales@safestyle.com.au, please allow for 1 business day for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Subsequently, the order will be packed, and shipping details will be added to provided to you, which may take up to 3 business day. Once you receive the shipping details, you can track your order until it arrives.

Using The Portal

No, your store cannot order prescription lenses through the wholesale portal. SafeStyle®️ prescription offerings are only available for ordering through our approved optometry and dispensing vendors. Similarly, the prescription vendors are unable to order standard eyewear through the prescription portal.

If you've forgotten your password, on the login screen select "Forgot?" near the password box. This will trigger an email to the associated account email address

(Please note: the email address must be the same email address which is registered with your account).

From here, follow the steps outlined in the email instructions to reset the password. If you require any further assitance on resetting your password, please contact sales@safestyle.com.au

The wholesale assets folder are digital assets which are available for your store to use at your discretion. The wholesale assets folder contains digital product assets such as product renders, printable assets, try-on videos, merchandising documents and product sales aid.

You can also find important information relevant to ordering, our catalogs and other important information about our product offerings and SafeStyle programs which your store can get involved in such as our recycling program.

The SafeStyle®️ Recycling Program is our effort to reduce the amount of single use protective eyewear heading to landfill.

No protective eyewear brand is currently recycled, they all head to landfill, that's approximately 10 million + pairs in Australia every year or 1 pair every 3 seconds...

Through our recycling program we're trying to raise awareness about this waste and encourage people to purchase quality eyewear that lasts longer over cheap disposable pairs. We're also committed to providing a solution and we're going above and beyond by accepting ALL brands of protective eyewear.

Change needs to start somewhere and we hope you'll join us, with minimal effort required, in helping to reduce landfill, one pair at a time.

If you've been approved as a SafeStyle®️ vendor, and you are still not on the stockist page - your store will need to place an opening order to be added to the stockists page.

If your store has not ordered in 6 months - your store may be taken off the stockists page to ensure our stockist page has up to date information.

Please note - the stockist page is intended for customers to search their local area, not for specific stores.

Warranty & Returns

Any items to be returned will need to be on the basis of 3:1, ie for every 1 item returned we require a replacement Purchase Order for 3 items, eg: if you are returning 10 items we require a PO for 30 items (eyewear only).

Please note that all stock must be returned in it's original packaging and 100% resalable condition (not limited to but including; additional barcodes, stickers, labels, etc).


The credit note will only be issued once the stock has been received and verified for restocking.

The process is as follows:

1) Send email to sales@safestyle.com.au requesting authority to return
2) Provide a list of the SKU's, the PO # the items were ordered on, and reason for the return
3) Replacement PO to accompany the return request
4) SafeStyle will issue a GRA # together with the address for the return to be sent to
5) Credit will be issued once items are received back into stock.

SAFESTYLE PLANO EYEWEAR (NON-PRESCRIPTION)

All SafeStyle® non-prescription protective eyewear includes a warranty as set out by this SafeStyle® Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. These warranty terms are strictly subject to the policy and include verifying proof of purchase (invoice). Except for loss or damage caused by gross negligence (duty of care) or wilful misconduct (as reasonably determined by SafeStyle®).

If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days (from date of purchase), SafeStyle® will credit your store or replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery).

SAFESTYLE® ESSENTIALS RANGE

HATS: SafeStyle® Worksite To Weekend Flap Caps are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect arises within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

WATER BOTTLES: Your SafeStyle® Big Juicy water bottle is engineered to last and to back this we offer a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase date. The warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defects like leaking, product not insulating hot and cold properly or rough irregular applications on your bottle. The 1-year limited warranty does not cover general wear and tear including scratching, dents or damage from accidental dropping of your Big Juicy or damage from improper incorrect use and third-party post-manufacturing modifications.

LUGGAGE: SafeStyle® Worksite to Weekend® Luggage collection is backed by a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

ACCESSORIES

SafeStyle® Accessories are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect arises within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

LEGENDS BOXES

SafeStyle Legends Boxes are limited-time, promotional box sets released periodically throughout the year. All items included in these boxes come with a 30-day warranty period.

In addition, the SafeStyle® Manufacturers warranty policy does not cover:

• Any modifications or repairs not authorised by SafeStyle®

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness (e.g., scratches from dropping, lenses damage due to being left in high temperatures)

• Damage caused by natural disaster

• Accidental loss or theft

• Eyewear stored outside of supplied pouch
